Individual Program Design

Any client that has already completed the 6-week course has the option to continue training by selecting an option that fits you and your lifestyle. Designed specifically for you and where you are at as well as tailored to the facility that you regularly workout at.

Option 1

4 weeks of 3 workouts/week

Includes 2 in person sessions per 4-week cycle:

-Initial assessment/consultation

-Reassessment of progress and introduction of new movements

$170 per 4-week cycle

Option 2

4 weeks of 4 workouts/week

Includes 2 in person sessions per 4-week cycle:

-Initial assessment/consultation

-Reassessment of progress and introduction or new movements

$190 per 4-week cycle
