6-Week Prenatal & Postpartum Course

Join a fun community of moms and moms-to-be while learning and implementing quality movements and strategies to allow you to sustain your long-term health and fitness well beyond the pregnancy and postpartum chapter.

This course is designed to be a positive, supportive and educational environment where pregnant and postpartum women will learn and apply:

-How to safely navigate this chapter with their own long-term fitness goals in mind.

-Pelvic floor and core considerations.

-Adjustments and modifications based on structural changes.

-How to avoid common injuries and dysfunctions.

-How to allow your body to heal, recover and rebuild after birth.

 You will receive a one-on-one consultation and assessment prior to starting the classes as well as the option to attend 1 or 2 sessions per week. You will receive individualized guidance and support that will empower you to make informed decisions when it comes to navigating the physical and emotional challenges that come with pregnancy, postpartum and the motherhood transition.

 Each class will be capped at 6 participants.

Children and babies are welcome and there is a separate playroom for kids.
